SAFETY GUIDELINES

Please review the guest safety guidelines below and complete the liability waiver sent with your appointment confirmation email/text prior to arriving at your scheduled appointment. Appointments cannot be confirmed until the form has been submitted. These guidelines are subject to change as this situation continues to evolve. I will provide any updates as soon as they become available. We will be following guidelines implemented by the CDC, state, and local health departments to ensure best safety measures in order to reduce the spread of COVID-19. Client Safety Guidelines

  • Review the salon safety guidelines listed below and complete the COVID-19 form found in your confirmation message. Appointments cannot be confirmed until a liability waiver has been signed and received. Forms are used for contact tracing and insurance purposes.

  • If you are sick or experiencing any signs of a cold, flu, or COVID-19, or have been in contact with anyone that has been sick/experiencing symptoms, your appointment will have to be rescheduled at least 14 days out.

  • Face masks are required to be worn upon entry of the salon and throughout your service. If you do not arrive with one, the salon will have masks available for you. I highly advise wearing a face mask with ear loops so that I can maneuver around them easily during the service. Avoid removing or touching your mask.

  • Please arrive with clean, dry hair. During phase one, shampoos will be reserved for chemical services only. All haircuts will be done on dry hair.

  • The waiting area is currently closed. Please wait in your car or outside of the salon until your scheduled appointment. Send me a text upon your arrival and I will greet you at the door when I am ready.

  • Please arrive at your appointment alone. No children, pets, or guests are permitted to wait inside the salon.

  • Please limit what you bring with you to your appointment. You may bring a credit/debit card for payment (no cash will be accepted), a book or magazine, a water bottle, and your phone. Please leave bags, purses, and computers in your car. Magazines in the salon have been removed and beverage service has stopped until further notice.

  • Prior to entering the salon, guests will have their temperature taken with a touchless thermometer and asked to wash their hands in the restroom.

  • Sanitizing spray and hand sanitizer will be available throughout the salon for your use.

  • Only credit/debit cards and contactless forms of payment will be accepted. No cash or checks please. Signatures are no longer required for credit card transactions.

  • I kindly request that all cancellations or changes are made 48hrs or more in advance.

New Client Color/Smoothing Consultation
A consultation by email is required to reserve an appointment for color or smoothing services. Please send details of your color history, clear pictures of your current hair, and photos of your hair goals/inspiration to info@davidyubeauty.com
Canceling/Rescheduling Appointments
A 48-hour notice is kindly requested for any changes or cancellations. Guests that no-show may not be considered for rebooking
